NIKE x Dance with the Champion is a character-driven sports commercial created in collaboration with Tennis-Point. Shot on ARRI Mini LF with Whitepoint rehoused Canon FD lenses, using a GFM Secondo Dolly on circular tracks for most of the camera movement. A custom overhead lighting rig surrounded by an array of hard spotlights allowed us to remotely dim lights while moving continuously around the athletes. The commercial was finalized with a 16mm look inspired by the Eastman EXR 5245 50D stock.
